IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. We aim to dispatch all orders within 4-6 business days with the exception of Indian public holidays where it may take up to 7-8 business days. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by natural calamities and unavoidable circumstances.
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
All orders require a signature and proof of ID upon receipt of order.
Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.
We make our best efforts to deliver each item in your order within 14 working days of your placing the order, inclusive of processing time. However, in some cases, we may take longer, to ship the order as we may have to produce/procure it.
While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
In the unlikely event that we are not able to deliver your complete order within 16 working days, you can request us to cancel the remaining unshipped parts of the order. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded; in the manner you have made the payment. To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.

Silver with sabi insures each order during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature and proof of ID for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes (for example as a gift), then you accept a signature by them as well as their photo ID as evidence of delivery.
All our products go through quality control before being shipped. All our products are handcrafted by local artisans. Each product might differ in some aspect. We DO NOT accept return if these slight difference are a cause of return.
The products are eligible for return or exchange if, they are damaged during transit or you have received a wrong size or a wrong product. In case your product is wrong or damaged, you need to intimate us within 3 days of receiving the product.
STEPS TO INITIATE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN:

- After looking into the issue, someone from our team will review your message and get back to you within 48 hours over a mail or call.
- The return or exchange will only be made once the product is received by us in proper condition and packing.
The cost for reverse shipping i.e. getting us to collect it from you, will come at a cost of Rs. 150 which will be borne by the customer. The payment for the returns can be made via Paytm, google pay, bank transfer whichever is easier.
- We DO NOT provide REFUNDS.
- All items purchased from our website can be returned for a credit coupon within 14 days from the date of delivery. The entire amount of the returned product (excluding shipping cost) will be credited to the coupon code.

3. Don’t forget to remove your rings when washing up or showering, as soap particles may become lodged in stone settings and crevices.
4. Store your jewellery in it’s own box or pouch to prevent scratching, chipping and entanglement.
5. Gentle rubbing with a silver cleaning cloth will restore the original briallance of the surface.
